2. 📅 Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorised channels.

• Party packages include specific services as mentioned at the time of booking.
• Any additional time or services may incur extra charges.
• Final guest count and details must be confirmed prior to the event.
• Venue access, setup and timing must be followed as agreed.

• All rides and equipment must be used as instructed by staff.
• Age and safety restrictions must be followed strictly.
• KidsFun reserves the right to deny access if safety guidelines are not followed.

• If you do not wish your child to appear in any media, please inform us in writing before the session.
