Answers to the most common questions parents ask about safety, timings, trial classes, payments and more.
Yes. Safety is our top priority. All activities are supervised by trained, background-checked staff and run in age-appropriate groups. Our equipment, rides and soft-play areas are checked regularly, and we follow strict hygiene, safety and emergency procedures across all centres.
Our programs are generally designed for children aged 2–12 years. Some activities, such as gymnastics and certain sports, may have minimum age requirements for safety reasons. We group kids by age and ability so everyone feels comfortable and supported.
Session timings vary by location and activity. Most weekly programs run on weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings, while rides and play sessions are available throughout the day. When you book online, you’ll see available time slots for your nearest KidsFun centre.
Absolutely. We offer trial sessions for many of our activities, including Sports, Music, Yoga and Gymnastics. A trial lets your child experience the environment and meet the instructors before you choose a weekly membership or package.
For younger children, we recommend that a parent or guardian remains on-site. For older children, you may be able to drop off and pick up depending on the activity and centre policy. Full details are provided at the time of booking and during your first visit.
You can pay per session, per party, or choose a weekly membership plan. Payments are usually made online via secure checkout. Some centres offer direct debit or term-based payments for regular members. All pricing and options are clearly shown on our Pricing & Packages page.
We understand that family schedules can change. For regular classes, we do our best to help you reschedule missed sessions where possible. Birthday parties and special events may have specific cancellation and rescheduling policies. Full details are provided in our booking terms and confirmation emails.
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are ideal for most activities. For yoga and gymnastics, flexible clothing that allows free movement is best. We also recommend bringing a labelled water bottle and any medical items your child may require, such as an asthma puffer.
Wherever possible, yes. Many of our instructors have experience working with children of different abilities. If your child has additional needs, please contact us before booking so we can discuss the best program, support and environment for them.
You can submit a party enquiry through our Book Now form or contact us directly via phone or Live Chat. Our team will help you choose a package, confirm your preferred date and time, and customise the experience with themes, characters, rides and add-ons.
